Registration
To register for the Freighter Aircraft Workshop fill out
the online registration form to the right. Registrations will not be
processed until payment is received in full. On-site registration will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 7 and be available
throughout the workshop.
Workshop Fees
The fee for attending the Freighter Aircraft Workshop
is US$1500. Multiple delegates attending from the same company
will receive a discounted registration fee of US$1200 for the
second delegate and US$1000 for the third delegate. The fee
includes all workshop sessions, continental breakfasts,
coffee breaks, cocktail receptions and the luncheon.
The Venue
The Seventh Annual
Freighter Aircraft Workshop will take place at the Grand Hyatt,
721 Pine Street, Seattle, Washington. Located in the heart of
downtown Seattle, the Grand Hyatt is within walking distance of
all that the city has to offer.
We have set up a room block at the Grand Hyatt at a rate of
US$239 per night. Please contact the hotel directly for
reservations at
1-888-421-1442. Ask for the
"Air Cargo Management Group" room block to receive the rate.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing and are
subject to the following charges: Refunds for fully paid
registrations will be subject to a US$150 service charge until
March 6, 2009. A 50% refund will be given until March 24, 2009.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the close of
business on March 24, 2009. Substitutions can be made for
an additional fee of US$150 at any time.
