Registration
To register for the Freighter Aircraft Workshop fill out the on­line registration form to the right. Registra­tions will not be proc­essed until pay­ment is re­ceived in full. On-site regis­tra­tion will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 7 and be avail­able through­out the work­shop.

Workshop Fees
The fee for attending the Freighter Aircraft Workshop is US$1500. Multiple del­egates at­tend­ing from the same com­pany will receive a dis­counted regis­tra­tion fee of US$1200 for the second delegate and US$1000 for the third del­e­gate. The fee in­cludes all workshop ses­sions, con­ti­nen­tal break­fasts, coffee breaks, cocktail recep­tions and the luncheon.

The Venue
The Seventh Annual Freighter Air­craft Workshop will take place at the Grand Hyatt, 721 Pine Street, Seattle, Wash­ing­ton. Lo­cated in the heart of down­town Seattle, the Grand Hyatt is with­in walking distance of all that the city has to offer.

We have set up a room block at the Grand Hyatt at a rate of US$239 per night. Please con­tact the hotel directly for res­er­va­tions at 1-888-421-1442. Ask for the "Air Cargo Manage­ment Group" room block to receive the rate.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be re­ceived in writing and are sub­ject to the follow­ing charges: Refunds for fully paid regis­trations will be sub­ject to a US$150 service charge until March 6, 2009. A 50% re­fund will be given until March 24, 2009. No refunds will be issued for cancellations re­ceived after the close of bus­iness on March 24, 2009. Sub­stitutions can be made for an additional fee of US$150 at any time.
