The Workshop

Air Cargo Management Group’s Annual Workshop on Air Cargo, Express & Freighter Aircraft is a unique opportunity to learn about current trends in air cargo and express, and receive anal­y­sis and insight from one of the most experienced consulting groups in the air cargo industry. ACMG’s chairman emeritus and two senior staff di­rectors will present a full review of the air cargo industry's struc­ture, its operating economics, freighter aircraft types and ap­pli­ca­tions, in-depth market analysis and freighter air­line strat­egies at this 1 ½ day seminar. Each delegate will take away a 350-page syllabus with the data, analysis and com­men­tary pre­sented at the Workshop.

New this year will be a luncheon speech by industry-leading Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings' Jason Grant, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. AAWH includes commercial and military freight­er charter carrier Atlas Air, time-definite global express air car­go network carrier Polar Air Cargo, and Titan Aviation Leasing. AAWH is also a minority owner of Global Supply Systems, which provides freighter services in the United Kingdom.

The Workshop is tailored to airlines, industry suppliers and financial an­a­lysts who want to learn more about the strategy and per­form­ance of com­panies operating in the air freight trans­por­ta­tion mar­ket.

Three in-depth workshop sessions focus on:

  • the current market structure and how the industry has responded to the 2008/09 recession
  • a detailed assessment of freighter aircraft, including fleet forecasts un­der various growth scenarios
  • a comparative analysis of business models used by companies in dif­ferent sectors of the air cargo market, plus a review of market sec­tors and world regions primed for post-recession growth

Upon completion of the workshop, attendees will be able to iden­tify the key trends in the air freight, express and freighter air­craft in­dustries. Participants will be in a position to understand bet­ter how to provide goods and services to meet the needs of the international air freight and express market.

Who Should Attend?

Financial analysts, appraisers, consultants, airport managers, pro­fessionals in accounting and legal firms, government regulators and others wishing to better understand freighter aircraft operating economics and the market performance of the worldwide ex­pe­dited and heavyweight air transportation business.

Registration

To register for the ACMG Workshop on Air Cargo, Express & Freighter Aircraft, fill out the online regis­tra­tion form or down­load the brochure, and fax or mail with your payment. Reg­is­tra­tions will not be processed until pay­ment is re­ceived in full. Please note that credit card payments are processed immediately so cannot be reversed. Registration at the event site will begin at 10:00 am on Monday, April 12 and be available throughout the work­shop.

Workshop fees are US$1500 for the first delegate, US$1200 for the second delegate, and US$1000 for the third delegate. To be el­ig­i­ble for the reduced rate, delegates must be from the same com­pany or organization. Group rates for more than three del­e­gates, and reduced rates for air­line and government employees are also available. Please contact Marquita Fortner, Conference Manager for more information. Fees include admission to all ses­sions and social events in addition to the 350-page syllabus given to each delegate.

Cancellations for the Annual ACMG Workshop on Air Cargo, Express & Freighter Aircraft must be received in writing and are subject to the following charges: refunds will be subject to a US$150 service charge until March 12, . Can­cel­la­tions re­ceived after the close of business on March 12 through March 27, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be is­sued for can­cel­lations after the close of business on March 27, . Delegate substitutions will be accepted at any time for a US$100 fee.
