Registration
To register for the Freighter Aircraft Workshop fill out and the online registration form to
the right. Registrations will not be processed until payment is received in
full. Registration at the event site will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday,
April 22 and be available throughout the workshop.
Workshop Fees
The fee for attending the Freighter Aircraft Workshop is US$1,500. Multiple delegates attending
from the same company will receive a discounted registration fee of
US$1,200 for the 2nd delegate and US$1,000 for the third delegate. The fee
includes all workshop sessions, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks,
cocktail receptions and luncheon.
The Venue
The Sixth Annual
Freighter Aircraft Workshop will take place at the Grand Hyatt, 721 Pine
Street, Seattle, Washington. Located in the heart of downtown Seattle,
the Grand Hyatt is within walking distance of all that the city has to
offer.
We have set up a room block at the Grand Hyatt at a rate of
US$221 per night. Please contact the hotel directly for reservations at 1-888-421-1442. Ask for the
"Air Cargo Management Group" room block to receive the rate.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in
writing and are subject to the following charges: Refunds for fully paid
registrations will be subject to a US$150 service charge until March 31,
2008. A 50% refund will be given until April 6, 2008.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the start of
business on April 7, 2008. Substitutions can be made for an
additional fee of US$150 at any time.
